SHIPPING

* Once your order has been fulfilled and collected by USPS or UPS, it is beyond our control. If your package is marked as lost, we will gladly issue a replacement after 10 business days to allow time for USPS or UPS to complete their scanning process. If the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you file a claim with your local post office or UPS. The outcome of your claim will determine the next steps for your order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. (An average order takes 4-7 business days to process and ship domestically).

Please note that shipping rates for many of our items are determined by weight. The weight of each product is listed on its detail page. In accordance with the policies of our shipping providers, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

RETURN POLICY

* Limited Edition Items, discontinued items, sale items, clearance items, and custom orders may not be returned.
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
* We strongly suggest that you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
* Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.

Most new, unwashed, and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. While you can typically expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, many refunds are completed sooner. This timeframe includes transit time for the return shipment (5 to 10 business days), our processing time once we receive the return (3 to 5 business days), and the time your bank takes to finalize the refund (5 to 10 business days).
